Development of an Autonomous Mobile Robot

Developed and manufactured a microprocessor based programmable mobile robot; designed and implemented odometric, ultrasonic and infrared sensor systems for robot navigation; developed artificial intelligence software algorithms for behavioral interaction and robotics contest applications.

• Teach and conduct graduate-level project-oriented course in autonomous mobile robots.
• Developed, piloted, and introduced a new mobile robotics course into the graduate curriculum.
