The following two pages are exerpted from "The General Foods Family Album," published by the General Foods Corporation in 1948. This album, which is out of print, was donated to the Cooper Archives by General Foods in 1958 (for which we thank them). You can click on each page to expand it to a more readily viewable size. People were eating flavored gelatin all over Europe and America by the end of the 19th century.
