The notes hiding behind the links given below highlight important
concepts from the text and add some supplementary material. They
should not be considered a replacement for the text. Make
sure that you complete all of the reading assignments listed with
your homework.
I suggest that you print out these online notes before class
and add your own notes to them during class discussions.
(But don't print them out too far in advance... they're a
work in progress!)
