The key technologies used in this suite of interactive tools are ECMAScript 2020 (a JavaScript standard) and three.js (a JavaScript API for GPU accelerated graphics in web browsers). These technologies enjoy strong support from most (all?) major browsers, but if you're using an old browser you may find that you will need to update.
It's recommended that you use the tools in a browser running in fullscreen mode on a device with a large, or at least medium-sized, display (e.g. desktop, laptop, or large tablet). You're welcome to try on your phone, but may well find that there's not enough screen real estate to accommodate the controls and graphics. A device with a GPU with decent specs is also desirable.
For the discussion notes pages (at least at present), you're likely to have a much better browsing experience using a browser whose Javascript engine is SpiderMonkey (for example Firefox, or better yet Waterfox) than one that uses V8 (Chrome, etc.). In fact you may find Chrome unable to completely load some of these pages.
