Research Interests

I am an applied mathematician with specific training in dynamical systems theory and its applications. I hope to combine analytical techniques from geometry, analysis, and probability theory with computer simulations in order to study problems from the physical and biological sciences. My current projects explore oscillation models from mathematical biology that can be cast in the setting of applied dynamical systems. I am also interested in developing data mining algorithms with applications to the analysis of time-dependent data.
