Quick answer: Double Click on the grey border!  :-)

In this funky mode, some things still do work though. CTRL-TAB and CTRL-SHIFT-TAB still wander between the tabbed view (even though the tabs are now hidden).

The Microsoft Knowledge base articles are okay, Windows 2000 or Windows XP
but you can actually double-click anywhere outside the information window, even over near "End Process", to toggle the "Tiny Footprint" mode.

Comment: My son made the menu bar disappear. Took a while to figure out how to get it back :-)
